Let me start by saying that I own 2 of these and needed a 3rd so I bought this one. These have always been solid products. I use them often. But this new one came with a defect that's inherently dangerous to the purpose of the product.Shibari suspensions carry risks. As a rope top I try to minimalize risks by using as safe as possible products that help in my rigging. This new ring I got today has a sliver of metal sticking out from the sides and inside of one part of the ring. Rope going over this sliver will most likely get shredded and end up in the suspension failing and potentially hurting the rope bottom.My hopes in writing this is that the company will seriously take a look at the products they ship out.They don't offer a refund policy so this is my only course of action. I will have to take my business elsewhere as well as write many many reviews in order to alert people to the dangers of this product.
