I love this collar! I ordered the 15” but needed a 14”. Amazon said it was not returnable. I contacted the company directly through amazon and they let me exchange it for the right size. I did pay the shipping to return, but totally worth it! I love it! Good weight, sturdy, and looks amazing! Thinking about getting a wrist and/or ankle one now to wear when I cannot wear the collar.Hope they come out with a thinner width collar. Same style, just thinner.
